Refund & Cancellation

Introduction

Survika Traders Private Limited, with its registered office at D24 STRAND ROADPS HARE STREET 1ST FLOOR, KOLKATA, West Bengal, India 700001 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "us" or "we"), is the owner of the mobile application ("Digital Loan App") and website (www.survikatraders.com) (collectively referred to as the "Platform").


1.Cancellation

While granting loans, every effort is made to conduct proper assessment and scrutiny on a case-by-case basis. However, the Company reserves the right to cancel the sanction letter if it is found that the applicant has provided incorrect/false information and/or submitted faulty/fake/improper documents to mislead the Company. Cancellation may occur at any time before or after loan disbursement (full or partial), with immediate recall of the entire disbursed amount + interest/penalties payable in a single installment within 7 days of demand. The Company may initiate legal/criminal action if repayment is overdue.

If the loan end-use deviates from the application, the Company may cancel the sanction and recall funds within 5 working days of discovery, with the same repayment terms.

The borrower must verify asset quality; default due to asset defects allows the Company to recall the loan within 10 days of default notice, with full repayment due within 15 days.

Document Submission Timeline:

Failure to complete formalities/submit documents within 1-4 weeks (or agreed period) results in automatic cancellation of the sanction letter.

Amendment Rights:

The Company may modify terms (amount/period/rate) at any time before/after disbursement, with 7-day written notice to the borrower. Cancellation without cause requires no prior notice.

2.Refund

Excess Payment Processing:

Credit balances in the loan account must be reported to the Company, which will process refunds within 7 working days of verification.

Failed/Duplicate Transactions:

The Company is not liable for failed debit card transactions. Wrongly credited installments will be appropriated to the correct account within 7 working days of notice.

Extra installments/double credits will be reverted within 7 working days of the borrower's request.

Security Liquidation:

For loans against deposits, the Company may liquidate collateral before maturity to recover outstanding dues, with 10-day pre-liquidation notice (unless in default).
